What your account stores
Your name, email address, password hash, orders, submitted payment references, support conversations and service allocation are kept to operate your hosting account. Session tokens and recovery tokens are stored as hashes; VPS credentials and SMTP secrets are encrypted at rest.
Who can access it
You can view your own orders and server access. The owner can review payment claims, assign servers and answer support. Hosting and infrastructure providers process the data needed to run these services. We do not request your payment PIN or OTP.
For account data questions or deletion requests, contact @xiondev. Billing and operational records may need to be retained to resolve orders or disputes.
